Scholarships are made available to Crow Wing Power members each year through unclaimed capital credits and the Crow Wing Power Community Trust through Operation Round-Up.
Students must be members of Crow Wing Power. Students may apply for any of these four categories if applicable.
- Online Scholarship Drawing: Three students will be selected at random for $1,000 scholarship. No essay required.
- Crow Wing Power Scholarships: Seniors from 11 area high schools will receive $1,500 scholarship- please see your guidance counselor to apply.
- Lineworker Scholarship: Seniors interested in becoming a lineworker may be eligible to receive a scholarship. Please inquire at your technical college.
- Non-Traditional College Bound Students: $1,000 scholarships are available for non-traditional college bound students. This includes: students attending a non-traditional high school (private, online, or charter) or first time college students that are enrolling one or more years after graduating high school.
