Please be sure to include daytime contact information, a member service representative will contact you via phone within 1-2 business days. The member service representative will require identity verification and determine if there is a need to schedule a meeting with a field engineer. If you have moved into a location with a preexisting power account and need to transfer the account into your name, please call our office during business hours and speak to a billing representative. For questions related to new electric service or modification of service please contact our member service department.
