Crow Wing Power Members are encouraged to Go Paperless! By logging into your SmartHub account. Go to the My profile tab, My information and select Update my paperless settings. Members that are currently paperless or those that move to paperless from March - May will be entered into a contest to win one of six $100 bill credits - Two drawn in March, two drawn in April and two drawn in May.

Why should I Go Paperless?
- Convenient and Easy: It takes approximately 30 seconds once logged into your SmartHub Account to switch to paperless. Go under the profile tab, paperless billing settings, and click paperless.
- Simple Reminders: You’ll receive monthly emails and/or text alerts showing your bill amount and due dates.
- 24/7 Online Access: With SmartHub's mobile app, you can view or pay your electric account while waiting for your morning coffee, or anytime! Making it convenient for your versus waiting by the mailbox.
- Current Connection: Members that are paperless can receive their Current Connection newsletter via email or by visiting the website. E-news goes out monthly to all paperless billing customers, keeping them informed about news at the Co-op.
In 2021, the Paperless contest was a huge success, growing our paperless members to 22.5%, saving the Cooperative $106,000 each year in postage and handling approximately 10,000 paper bills and envelopes a month. When the Co-op saves, ALL members save.
